Our Central Station is U.L.® listed. A U.L.®
listed facility ensures you that the premises and equipment meet the most
stringent monitoring requirements in the nation. Monitoring by a U.L.® listed
facility can reduce insurance rates.
Most facilities require monitoring from a Central Station. Unless you have trained personnel in attendance 24/7, odds are you will be required to have monitoring. Please check with your local Fire Marshall or Authority Having Jurisdiction.
The NFPA requires that you maintain an annual contract for monitoring if it is required for your situation. Alert Technologies will provide Fire Alarm central station monitoring for the annual fee of $288.00. That breaks down to $24.00 per month.
